I am looking for someone with specific experience in timber deck maintenance and oiling (not just a general handyman) to perform some routine upkeep on my roof deck. Deck Size: 3.8m x 4.8m (approx. 18.2m²) Please see the attached photo for reference. Scope of Work: 1. Clear the deck: Move pots, outdoor furniture, firewood, and other items off the surface. 2. Deep clean: Thoroughly sweep and wash the deck (including between the boards) using a specialized, appropriate timber/deck cleaner. 3. Inspect and prep: Check for minor issues like rough areas, splinters, or raised screws and address them. Lightly spot-sand any areas that need it (a full sand is not required unless you deem it absolutely necessary). 4. Oil/Stain: Apply the appropriate number of coats (likely two) of an outdoor decking oil or stain to restore and protect the timber. The goal is to match the existing treatment. 5. Pot risers: Supply and place small pot feet/risers underneath the larger pots to prevent them from sitting directly on the wood and trapping moisture. 6. Pack up: Once the deck is completely dry, put all the furniture, firewood, and pots back in their original places. Important Quote Requirements: 1. Hi Airtaskers! Unfortunately the dishwasher is not functioning properly. During operation, the dishwasher produces normal motor sounds; however, at the end of each cycle, the dishes remain unclean and a small amount of water is left at the bottom of the unit.
