Damaged carpet, need fixing or replace the damaged part.

House is 14 squares in size. The frongt and mid part are the ones that require reblocking (the back part is an extension and does notg need it). The current stumps are concrete but have not been set in the ground properly (not deep enough?). The part that requires restumping consists of 3 bedrooms and a hallway plus a bathroom.

We have a couple of cat scratches in the floor and require someone with an expertise in fixing them up! Any help, even just advice on how to do it, would be greatly appreciated

I have a hallway cupboard with a broken dummy doorknob. I would like to replace it with a new doorknob, and add a method to lock this cupboard with a key. I have no idea how much this will cost and am willing to accept any offer from a suitable tasker. The tasker should supply/purchase all hardware. -- Additionally, I also have 5 other doors that I will be considering replacing the doorknobs for (4 passage, 1 privacy) and am willing to entertain quotes that fix both this door as well as the other 5 in the same style of doorknob - ideally brass/bronze with a white handle.

The chipboard into which the laundry cabinet hinge is screwed has been damaged. I have purchased a metal support bracket. I need for someone to actually line up the bracket and screw in the hinge to make it functional again.
