There are: * Two larger chips on the wall near the door frame * Several small dents/holes on the wall I’d like the damaged areas repaired and painted to match the existing wall colour. New description Apartment maintenance – shower drain, sliding wardrobe doors & entry door closer Hi, Looking for a handyman / maintenance person to inspect and repair 3 issues in my apartment: 1. Shower drain cover/channel The long shower drain cover/channel is loose and does not sit securely in place. I took it to Bunnings and was advised it may need a custom replacement piece or custom solution rather than an off-the-shelf part. Looking for someone to inspect, supply and install the appropriate fix/replacement. 2. Sliding wardrobe doors The mirrored sliding wardrobe doors do not roll smoothly and regularly get stuck/jam. I believe the wardrobe door tracks/runner system need replacing. I do not have replacement tracks or parts, so I’m looking for someone who can inspect, supply the required tracks/rollers and install them. The goal is for both doors to slide smoothly without sticking or catching. 3. Entry door closer The apartment entry door previously closed and latched automatically by itself. It now no longer fully closes/shuts on its own and often remains partially open unless pushed shut manually. Looking for someone to inspect and adjust or repair the door closer mechanism so the door closes and latches properly again. Photos attached. Please quote including labour and advise whether parts are likely required after inspection. Please also advise if you can complete all three items in the same visit. A nail hooked on our headboard hooked onto the edge of our white wooden door (looks like its made of mdf or similar) and we need someone to fill the hole in and match the white paint so it looks good as new. Handyman needs to supply all their own equipment for the job.

Hi I need someone to repair my 2 fly screens ( the frames are perfectly fine, just the screen ).

I need vertical blinds removed from windows and floor to ceiling curtains installed. This includes putting curtain rail on ceiling and hanging curtains. New info: There are 7 blinds to be removed (3 in bedrooms, 1 in kitchen and 3 on balcony windows and door as pictured). There are 4 tracks and curtains to be installed (3 in bedrooms and 1 across the pictured balcony windows and door). I need to purchase the tracks. The ceiling may be asbestos - I’d like the tracks installed in the ceiling but they could be installed into the brick wall as an alternative.

After a handyman for a roughly two-hour job at an end-of-lease apartment: • Fill and sand around 10 holes in the walls from artwork that was mounted (some may be heavier anchors/wall plugs, not just small nail holes) • Remove a wall-mounted TV bracket and patch/fill those holes • Paint touch-up over the patched areas — I have all the original matching paint on site, so just need it applied Should be a straightforward job for someone with the right gear. Please bring your own filler, sanding tools, and brushes/roller. Happy to confirm timing once you’ve had a look at the holes.

Fix hinge and align doors

I need a large mirror hung back on a plaster wall where it fell off. I need my bathroom cupboard hinge fixed as the screws are very loose and the whole thing hangs off. See pictures. If possible, too, I need my carpets steam cleaned :) And my outside roof glass windows cleaned/hosed down etc

Hello, my boss has recently moved out and unfortunately has taken paint off the wall when removing some frames

Looking for a handy person to repair a pull-down wardrobe garment lift mechanism. The hydraulic pull-down mechanic itself still functions completely fine, but the plastic side mounting pieces/brackets that hold it to the wardrobe wall have cracked under the weight. What needs to be done: Assess the cracked plastic side mounts. Securely reinforce, glue, or bracket the cracked plastic housing so it can safely hold weight again when the rail is pulled down. Please bring tools and any general heavy-duty reinforcing materials (epoxy, metal brackets, or heavy washers). I am happy to pay extra for materials if a specific part needs to be purchased.

- No access hatch / manhole was installed in the bathroom when it was renovated. Our electrician can't get into the ceiling cavity to fix the extractor fan. - Need a chippie to install an access hatch / manhole that sits flush to the rest of the ceiling and is easily accessible for any future maintenance.
