I would like this patched, sanded and repaired neatly. The second area is beside a sliding door where some plaster has chipped away around the corner/edge. This damage was largely already present but has deteriorated slightly, so I am only looking for a basic cosmetic repair and tidy-up rather than a full restoration. Both areas will require some paint touch-up, colour blending and finishing so the repaired sections blend reasonably well with the surrounding wall.
