The task includes: Plasterboard Repair: Fill and reinforce the damaged holes in the plasterboard wall. Secure Re-installation: Re-mount the shelf so it is perfectly level and can handle daily weight/use. You must use heavy-duty anchors (e.g., metal hollow wall anchors or heavy-duty toggles) to ensure it's rock solid. Paint Touch-up: Sand the repaired area and touch up with white paint (Vivid White or similar) to match the existing wall. We have a renovation in the an apartment CBD underway. Building has lift access to apartment. Here's a summary of works to be completed: - stopping and finishing the gaps in the ceiling from demolition, to be ready for painting (kitchen and main bathroom) - detailed cornice re- installation for main bathroom. We have saved some pieces from the demolition to be recut and reinstalled, about 1-2metres worth. - plain cornice (small size) installation in the ensuite bathroom - stopping and finishing where new walls have been installed - our builder will hang the plasterboard but will require stopping to be ready for painting. I’ve just removed a wall at the back of my garage and I need a plaster to come and patch the exposed ends and some holes that have been cut. Refer to photos for details but there are 5 holes roughly about 300mm x 100mm being the largest. Additionally need two exposed timber studs, one the roof and one on the wall plastered as well. I just need the plastering and patching done sanding is not required.
