- Install roller blind (supplied) in bathroom - investigate removal of window in toilet (removal of glass and replace with existing acrylic cover) - Gap filler / caulking along skirting boards & window frames in all rooms (where required) - Gap filler where dog door has been installed - Plasterboard / maf in 1x wardrobe plus tidy up, fill in gaps within brickwork (see photos) - Replace globe in bathroom light (supplied) - Remove wardrobe hanging rail and move to another section of wardrobe Provide all materials, equipment, tools etc that are required. Price to cover all of this. Must tidy up area/s once completed. Can be completed Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th July.

Building report and issues need to be examined and estimate of repairs need to be presented in pdf invoice with photographs. This job includes roof inspection therefore person needs to be able to get onto the roof through window. I have 1x ladder but other equipment may be necessary. Job has to be completed by 10:30am therefore recommend arrival time 8:30am.

During operation, the dishwasher produces normal motor sounds; however, at the end of each cycle, the dishes remain unclean and a small amount of water is left at the bottom of the unit.
