Around 25 years old standard taps. All have thermal handle barrier tap inserts that need removal and replacement. (see images) 2. Tap in powder room also requires replacement of Tap valve, washers etc. but different taps (see images) Room 1 - Bathroom 2x Taps Shower - Currently shower is leaking and have to turn hot water on and off to stop leak - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert - Already replaced cold water, but may need new thermal handle barrier tap insert. - Hot water cover will not budge, need expertise here to remove 2x Taps Basin - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert Room 2 - Laundry 2 * Taps - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert Room 3 - Powder room 2 * Taps - Tap Valves, washer. These taps differ from the rest of the taps in the house and unsure if they have thermal handle barrier tap inserts. Hoses may need tightening up for these ones as well. Note, you will need to supply parts to complete job.

I need the light put back into ceiling I need cupboard door back on (3 screws -missing a screw tho) I need the door fixed and patched up. I have wood filler and paint. Also have original door handle but need a new lock inside. Bath room light replaced. Not sure what globe it be. Just a few little jobs that I need a hand with please !!

Three jobs needed: 1. Remove silicone at base of shower door of ensuite shower, clean mould and apply fresh silicone. 2. Remove silicone around edge of bath in main bathroom and apply fresh silicone. 3. A piece of the bathroom door fell off and handle is loose. Repair, make good and patch paint over repair. Photos attached for reference. Work needed as soon as possible.
