The seat is bulky. Please either bring a helper or a suitable prop to hold it against the wall during marking and drilling. My wife can assist if absolutely needed but preference is for you to manage this independently.

As seen in picture. Clothes rail to be installed. Needs to be securely fixed to wall and ceiling as this will be load baring (with clothes). This should be a quick and easy job.

Hi, I need help with a couple of small jobs in one room. First, repairing about 3 cracks in the wall and white paint the wall, we do it every two weeks. Second, re-mounting a hanging wire the screw has come loose so the wire is hanging down along with Bulb on high ceiling. It doesn't need an electrician, just re-fixing, we have ladder. I usually do this kind of thing myself as DIY, but I'm not around at the moment. Let me know if you can help.

Window handle - The window handle is broken. Please see the attached photo. The window is currently not closing properly and needs to be fixed. 3. Toilet seat - The toilet seat is brand new, but the tenants do not know how to install it. Please fit it securely for them. 4. Doorbell - The doorbell outside the house is no longer ringing. It may only need a new battery. If so, please buy and replace the battery. If the bell itself is faulty, please buy a basic replacement doorbell from the local shop, and fit it. ... I would get the new machine delivered but need the old one disconnected and removed, the new one hardwired, and a drainage hose connected to the nearby sink waste. Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

One of the chords of my blinds is fraying. They are not nylon. Might be cotton? Needs repairing. The remaining 3 blinds require inspection and repair as required.
