Hi I have a decking that needs small part finish

I need the old wooden shed, the entire raised wooden platform/decking and the steps shown in the photo completely dismantled and removed, ready for a new shed. There are rats believed to be living underneath the platform, so you must be comfortable and properly equipped to work around this. Please provide your own tools, protective equipment and vehicle. The price must include: • Two-person labour • Complete dismantling of the shed, platform and steps • Loading and legal disposal of all timber and waste • Sweeping and leaving the area completely clear Please confirm your earliest availability, total fixed price and that you are a registered waste carrier. Paitning decking and veranda. Already painted and needs another coat. I’m too busy to finish as working inside. Easy job and paint supplied.

Fix damage decking. Banister on one side came off due to rotten wood, just wood part need replacing and we can put old banister back on. Front of decking were doors are to be replaced with new thick plywood and new doors made witg hinges from plywood. Should be max one day work and easy repair. Some planks in the garden decking have warped and are loose, they need replacing. Looking for a quote first.

Lighting on my decking has stopped working - this will need more than a simple bulb change as in the past whenever it rains the hanging lighting attached vertically stops working even with a new bulb. Additionally if you could add a strip light and lights similar to the attached pic that would be great but please be aware they need to be weather proof in winter
