We would like the design of the gates to match our existing staircase, which features traditional colonial / turned spindles. Key Details & Requirements: Quantity: 2 wooden stair gates (top and bottom of stairs). Style: Colonial / turned spindle design to replicate our existing balustrades. Drawings & Reference Photos: Please see the attached photos showing our current staircase design and the dimensions/drawing provided. Scope of Work: Measure up/verify dimensions on-site Source matching timber/materials and craft the gates. Supply and fit appropriate hinges, latches/locks, and finishings. Finish in Farrow & Ball or matched colour Install.

I should like my brick wall painted white, there is a chip in one of the bricks that will need mending. I would like my gate to be painted black. Please let it be known anyone who looks to take on this job, will have to visit the property to inspect it first and then price it.

Looking for a handyman or carpenter to replace a rotted wooden gate post and re-hang an existing metal garden gate. Job Scope: Remove the existing rotted wooden post anchored to the concrete wall pillar. Supply and install a new treated timber gate post (approx. 33 inches / 84 cm long, 5 inches wide). Securely fix the new post into the wall/ground structure. Re-attach/re-mount the metal gate onto the new timber post using existing or new heavy-duty metal hinge brackets. Ensure gate swings freely and latches properly. Requirements: Must bring suitable tools, fixings, and materials (or state in offer if timber post needs to be supplied). Experience with timber, masonry fixings, and exterior gate installation.

Prepare the wrap around garden railing prior to painting it. Same for two front gates. One gate photo is enclosed but note there are two which need to be painted please. Wire brush followed by sanding followed by degrease/wash then 1 coat primer 2 coats paint applied.
