My housemate and I need someone to build a cat ladder so that our cat can climb from our first floor terrace/balcony down to the neighbouring fence below. It needs to hook onto the glass fence which surrounds our terrace and then slot onto the fence below, ideally it would be retractable so we can remove it with ease when the cat is in the house.
