I recently had to render the front of my house high level due to a leak, now I need to paint it roughly 2mx2m. I will supply the paint and you will need to supply the rest ie paint brush, roller and ladder.

Hi Looking for reliable workmen to fix/replace the plaster on one wall where water has come through from a leak in the shower next door, then to replace the old aluminium windows with new double glazing and take down the ceiling above the window and replace the drywall as it’s rotted due to water damage, I would need it done all in one week can upload more pictures if needed

Fix holes in dry wall so we can paint over. Also potential mount a small shelf above the repaired holes. The screws the shelf was sent with were too big for the wall (hence the holes) but it could definitely be mounted with some smaller screws as it's not large and it won't be weight bearing

i have a metal chair that has broken and i would like 3 metal rods (50cm approximate) to be welded on it so that i can use it again. the 2nd and 3rd pic is the bottom where you need to weld onto and the 1st one is the top part. i am flexible on the £50 and up. where you need to weld on to is where the sitting pad is 2nd 3rd pic

i would like you to come with 3 metal rods and weld on my chair from underneath for it is broken. where you'll weld on, those metal are hollow but please i would like the work you'll do last long

I am looking to put outdoor sauna in my garden. It needs a solid base so that it can last many years from now. The sauna is 1.5 m x 2m so the base will need to be a bit bigger (min 1.7 x2.2m).

We need a stone worktop cut into pieces so we can lift it onto skip. Apparently an Angle grinder with diamond blade is needed

Exterior wall render has crumbled. it brought down the guttering that was attached to it and the adjacent wall. Need to strip the remaining old render, and rerender the exterior and then replace the guttering

Remove old cement render and reapply new cement render (leaving coping stones as they are)

Need a qualified electrician to connect a 4.5kW sauna heater (BC45, 230V single phase) to an existing dedicated sauna circuit. Most of the heavy lifting has already been done by a previous electrician - the circuit is already installed and live in the consumer unit (B32 MCB on its own breaker labelled “SAUNA”), cable has been run from the board to the sauna room, and a Contactum rotary isolator switch is already mounted on the wall. The issue is the previous electrician hardwired the infrared sauna panels but didn’t connect the main stone heater, which has its own separate cable with crimped terminals that needs wiring in. The heater is already in position and ready to go - it just needs connecting to the existing circuit, either into the isolator or junction box that’s already there. Photos attached show the existing isolator and cable run, the consumer unit with the dedicated sauna breaker, the heater’s cable/terminals, and the heater unit itself. Happy to discuss on-site but it should be a relatively quick job given everything is already in place.

Electrical Specs (from manufacturer manual): Harvia 4kW stove - 240V single phase 4 x far infrared heaters - 1,320W total (240V single phase) LED lighting, Bluetooth, control panel - 120W (240V single phase) Total load: 5,792W / 24.2 amps 240V single phase only - no three-phase or supply upgrade needed Requires dedicated 32A MCB and 6mm² T&E cable minimum (depending on run length) Scope of Work: Survey cable route from consumer unit to sauna location inside the property Install dedicated 32A MCB in consumer unit (spare way needed - can send photos of fuse board in advance) Run Twin & Earth cable from consumer unit to sauna Install local isolation switch near sauna Make final hardwire connection at sauna's electrical junction box Test, certify, and issue Electrical Installation Certificate (Part P compliant, BS 7671 18th Edition) I have the full Insignia installation manual and Harvia wiring diagram available on the day. Timing: Must arrive by 12pm Friday. Estimated job duration 1.5-3 hours. Note on cable run: The sauna is on the first floor, directly above the consumer unit on the ground floor. They share the same wall, so the cable run should be very short and straightforward - essentially straight up one level.

Lower clothes rail and add a top shelf to the wardrobe

I want a built in wardrobe to cover the whole width of the room approx 4.5m wide and .5m deep. The full height of the room is 2.65. The wardrobe to be made up of MDF boards. Wardrobe doesn’t need to be painted.
