Find a professional awning contractor in East London

I have an older Somfy RTS articulated patio awning. Remote and motor functioning. Extend command produces motor noise but Retract command won't move the roller or the fabric. The awning is stuck fully extended and the fabric has gone slack. I need advice from someone experienced with motorised awnings/Somfy systems to diagnose and ideally carry out an initial repair or re-tensioning if possible.

Looking for an experienced handyman or installer for residential property work, with the priority being installation of external awnings and fitting large thermal blackout curtains/blinds as soon as possible due to the current heat.
