change of connector on led sign , fix of slit awning ( taping)

We have a manually operated awning, I think we have over wound the gearbox as it has a stop, we may have gone past the stop and continue to open out. This means we have broken the gearbox stop and when the awning has been retracted. Could you supply and install a new gearbox?

This is a primrose awning fitted about 3 years ago, remote retraction.

I am looking for tradespeople to install an existing 5-metre motorised retractable awning with a Somfy motor at my property in East Dulwich (SE22). The awning has been kindly offered to us by a neighbour who is having an extension built and is currently still installed at their property, although it will be removed shortly. Purchased a 2.5m external awning. The awning will need to be drilled into a brick wall and fixed with the installation kit. I will try and attach the installation guide for reference. We will have 1 extra set of hands available for support on the job.
