Id like to paint the room myself but would ideally like the walls to be repaired and primed. I have removed mosy of but not all the wallpaper, but the underlayer remains (comes off easy) Underneath is drywall, some of which is damaged so needs repairing and smoothing. Where damp used to be near the window theres a small amount of damaged wall. Some of the joins between wall and ceiling look almost cracked, not sure what they need.
