There was a water leak from a few flat above. There is water damage to a number walls in a few rooms. The damage is apparent at the bottom of the wall, i guess where the water collected. There is also some damage to the skirting board. I have no idea how much this work should cost so putting £5 in the budget box, this is obviously not the case.

There is a drywall hole caused by the door handle. Hole size is 8cm*4cm. Also need to remove a small bit of moulded bathroom seal and refill it.
Juraj did a very great job repairing the drywall hole and replacing the moulded seal and I’m very happy and satisfied. Juraj is superb efficient and very nice to communicate with. I will definitely work with him again in the future if there is need.
