Find a professional awning contractor in London

Purchased a 2.5m external awning. The awning will need to be drilled into a brick wall and fixed with the installation kit. I will try and attach the installation guide for reference. We will have 1 extra set of hands available for support on the job. I need someone to have a look at the existing awning and see why it wouldnt open. Possible motor replacement but I am unsure so will need someone to come physically have a look.

The awning is stuck in the open setting and won’t close. The loop to wind the awning has snapped off as the gearbox has jammed.

Hello, We have a broken electric awning that is currently stuck fully open, and we require an urgent repair early next week. The motor appears to have failed/seized in the open position.
