Find experienced awning repair handymen in East London

I have an older Somfy RTS articulated patio awning. Remote and motor functioning. Extend command produces motor noise but Retract command won't move the roller or the fabric. The awning is stuck fully extended and the fabric has gone slack. I need advice from someone experienced with motorised awnings/Somfy systems to diagnose and ideally carry out an initial repair or re-tensioning if possible.

Looking for an experienced handyman or installer for residential property work, with the priority being installation of external awnings and fitting large thermal blackout curtains/blinds as soon as possible due to the current heat. Main work required: • Install 2 external awnings onto exterior patio/front wall • Approx awning size: 2.95m x 2.5m each • Hang large thermal blackout curtains onto existing fitted curtain poles • Possible blind installation behind curtains if suitable Property details: • Front room window approx 218.5cm wide • Patio doors approx 218cm wide • High ceilings approximately 3 metres floor-to-ceiling • Installer must provide long ladders and suitable tools/equipment Requirements: • Experience fitting awnings securely to exterior walls • Experience handling large/heavy curtains • Able to work safely at height • Professional, neat finish required • Confident drilling into masonry/exterior walls Please note: I am unable to safely complete the work myself due to health reasons following cancer treatment and do not want to risk using ladders or carrying out high-level installation work myself. If convenient, I also have two very small optional jobs which can simply be quoted separately if desired: • Small cat bed/shelf reinforcement or installation on hollow wall • Small towel hook panel installation/assessment on hollow bathroom door These smaller jobs are not urgent and are entirely optional.
