Looking for someone experienced with plantation shutters to repair a damaged shutter slat. The shutter has a chipped/broken section on one louvre (see photo). I’m looking for the most cost-effective solution, either: * Repairing the damaged slat so it blends in, or * Replacing the individual slat if necessary. The rest of the shutter is in good condition, so I don’t want the entire shutter replaced. Please bring any tools/materials required and let me know if you’ve completed similar repairs before. The old set of wooden Venetian blinds needs to be taken down and removed (off premises by you) and a new set of similar blinds installed (which we have). They are 2cms wider than the original blinds so the old fixings need to come off and the new braces reset slightly further apart.
