I have 2 blinds nit working. One is stuck fully furled up, the other has slats that close but won't fully open

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced person to replace the broken blinds on my bedroom window. The window measures approximately 1.2 metres in width and 1.4 metres in height. The old blinds need to be completely removed and new ones installed.

I live in BS29 6EP (Banwell). I have got 4 off inside recess Venetian blinds from Dunelm for normal size windows. I am looking for a fitter, who can fit/mount these blinds to inside the windows.
