- removal of small section of bay window render at base/middle of wall where cracked to safely expose and identify if brickwork beneath is impacted. - take photos of the bay window wall to share back with our surveyor. - possible reinstatement/making good of the render removed (tbc with seller, our preference is to leave exposed if we proceed with purchase)

Looking for an experienced painter and decorator to prepare and repaint two areas affected by water damage: Area 1: Wall surrounding a window. Area 2: Ceiling. Both areas will need any necessary preparation, filling and treatment to ensure the water stains are properly sealed and do not bleed through the new paint. I will purchase any paint, filler and primer.

The railing outside the house has two railheads that have come off as pictured. I have order some new ones but need them welded on. The two points where they need welded onto are at different heights so one may need cut down a bit
