Need a section of drywall cut to allow access for plumbing work. Once the plumbing is complete, I need the drywall reinstalled, taped, filled, and sanded so it's ready for painting. Please keep the opening as neat as possible and reuse the existing drywall if feasible.

Purchased a 2.5m external awning. The awning will need to be drilled into a brick wall and fixed with the installation kit. I will try and attach the installation guide for reference. We will have 1 extra set of hands available for support on the job. I have an electric bike frame that has unfortunately broken in half and requires welding.

Install 4m awning above patio door. Lights will be moved before installation

I need someone to have a look at the existing awning and see why it wouldnt open. Possible motor replacement but I am unsure so will need someone to come physically have a look.

The awning is stuck in the open setting and won’t close. The loop to wind the awning has snapped off as the gearbox has jammed.
