The awning does not open properly

Awning collapsed in wind this morning. Don't know if it can be salvaged, or just removed to avoid risk. Bev Lewis reached out about this earlier. Same job.

I need a carpenter/joiner to repair and seal the water-damaged bottom section of a kitchen panel in SW5. The panel cannot be replaced (requires full kitchen disassembly). I am looking for tradespeople to install an existing 5-metre motorised retractable awning with a Somfy motor at my property in East Dulwich (SE22). The awning has been kindly offered to us by a neighbour who is having an extension built and is currently still installed at their property, although it will be removed shortly. Our property is a 1920s terraced house with a solid brick rear wall. Complete rendering work and white masonry paint (paint provided) doesn't need to be a perfect job as not the look we're going for. Shouldn't take more than a day after render has dried.

Hi I need an expert to render part of my garden wall - shown in the attached photo. It's a corner. The areas are approximately 180 cms wide x 180 cms high plus 275 cms wide x 180 cms high. The existing wall is in good condition but is painted over with slightly flakey paint. The trellis will be removed by me. I could do the job myself but looking for a professional finish so please only reply if you are an expert at rendering and can guarantee a good finish. Thanks

Purchased a 2.5m external awning. The awning will need to be drilled into a brick wall and fixed with the installation kit. I will try and attach the installation guide for reference. We will have 1 extra set of hands available for support on the job. The join between the GRP and render, and the coating on our extension parapet wall has come away. I need a solution to close the gap and make the wall watertight. Please let me know how you would do this and the likley cost.
