I have penetrating damp appearing on the internal wall directly below a window sill. Externally, the painted/rendered window sill is cracked and deteriorating with moss growth. The brick course beneath the sill also appears weathered, so I suspect water is penetrating through the sill or the joint between the sill and the brickwork. Hi. We’re seeking someone to repoint and clean the brickwork at the front of our house, which is weathered, as per the photos. We’d also like the existing rowlock brick sill replaced with a projecting cast stone or concrete sill, with sufficient depth to take window boxes.

Some teenagers recently knocked the top few levels of bricks off our pillar, we salvaged what we could (see pics) - just need somebody to come and put it back together! It should look exactly like our neighbours one on the right of the pictures.
