Our manual awning wont fully extend, it stops approx 12 inches short of fully extending and this leaved to canvas drooping and flapping in the breeze. The arms aren't fully extending but we had a new manual gearbox installed last summer and last weekend was our first time of trying to use it. Please note we are both pensioners living on our state pension and state benefits only so please give an approximate cost so that we can not bother you further if the cost exceeds our budget.

Unknown budget - flexible. There’s a small chunk of render missing from where a cable hole has been drilled into the side of the building. I’ve purchased a Manual awning. Require someone to fit it in the back garden. It will require assembling the awning and drilling holes for the brackets so tools are needed.

Assemble Tremblant 2 person sauna, it’s only in 8 pieces but just a bit awkward. Clips together but few screws on base. Instructions say it should take 2-3 hours to assemble.
