The one gate needs a panel repaired or replaced as it’s damaged. The other needs a post stabilised and the gaps in the panels filled/fixed. Both need to be repainted black.

Work required: * Fault-find the non-working downlights and establish why they have stopped working. * Check the electrical supply and connections to the affected fittings. * Refit/repair the hanging GU10 downlight and retaining mechanism. * Check that the existing connectors and wiring are safe and correctly terminated. * Replace any simple fittings/components if necessary. * Test all affected lights and leave everything safe and working.

Put up a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs

We have some pipes beneath a kitchen sink that is leaking into the cupboard below. The pipe may need to be replaced or just tightened.

Install 1 Babydan MultiDan wood stairgate at bottom and a Babydan adjust pro balustrade edition at the top. There is skirting fixed against the wall at the bottom of stairs so it would need a wooden batten on the right hand wall to fix against.

I own a camper van. After some mechanical work the radio and cigarette lighter (and phone charger) were not working. I have checked fuses but cannot find any that are blown. Needs investigation by someone who knows what they are looking at.

All the garden fence panels in the photos need sanding down in preparation for painting. Including the, shed, back gate, side gate, driveway gates and fence kick boards. Both sides of all gates. The fence covered in leaves will have the leaves removed before hand. The intention is to remove the algae from the fence and also take a layer off the existing stain/paint so that the new paint sticks well. Electric sander is required for the job. The can be supplied but would prefer to if airtasker provide with sandpaper. Happy to add extra £ for the sandpaper.

I need someone to replace the back fences which is 2 panels and gate. The gate would need to have a lock with in it as it backs onto an alley. Total width is about 4.15metres

We have a videx entry system to a communal gate for a business park. It comes into our reception area but we need it split into 5 rooms to be able to open the gate from each room whilst with clients to avoid having to go down stairs each time. Or into a phone etc to open. It is apparently a 2 wire from 2018 and the landlord would prefer to keep the same system rather than us adding a separate buzzer for us alone although this is a possibilitiy.
