We have an outside corrugated roof about 5 m wide by 3 m deep. It is currently covered with corrugated cheating but it is leaking and it needs to be replaced. I'm not sure what the condition of the beams underneath is like. We also need new flashing chased into the wall as believe some of the leak is coming from the fact that the flashing has deteriorated. We would need to have the new corrugated sheeting supplied, ideally strong enough to say that it can be walked on if needed.

The current Yale lock to a garden gate which opens on the right is not lining up or opening correctly. Fyi the lock is fitted upside down. I need the lock to be replaced.

We have some pipes beneath a kitchen sink that is leaking into the cupboard below. The pipe may need to be replaced or just tightened.

Install 1 Babydan MultiDan wood stairgate at bottom and a Babydan adjust pro balustrade edition at the top. There is skirting fixed against the wall at the bottom of stairs so it would need a wooden batten on the right hand wall to fix against.

Fit a wall-mounted baby safety gate across a 184cm open doorway between our living room and kitchen. THE GATE: BabyDan Configure/Flex L, 90–223cm, 3 metal panels (one is the gate section). Already bought, will be unboxed with instructions out before you arrive. THE FIXING: both ends bolt to the wall returns either side of the opening. One of those returns is only about 85mm wide, so edge distance is tight. We want both ends properly anchored — not freestanding. PLEASE BRING: – A stud/cable detector. There's a light switch on a nearby wall run and this is a kitchen, so we want cables and pipes checked before anything is drilled. – Your own fixings. The 8 screws in the box are wood-only, so plugs or anchors will likely be needed depending on what the walls are. – A hammer drill if you have one — we don't know yet if the walls are block or plasterboard. TIME: about 30 minutes for the gate. NOTE: rented flat, so minimal and fillable holes where possible.
