Can you build a small extension to an existing composite/timber deck, making the bottom step projecting about 500 mm beyond the current step, with an angled edge. So that I can board my paddleboard more easily! Basically making the bottom step extend out to the curve on the flower bed

I need 12 fake decking tiles laid but I need the landscape a little brought up so it's level.. I was going to sit them on top of mud but I can't as they will sink lol.. so I need someone to come and do this.. 12 tiles. Should only be a few hours , very small area.
