Screen turns on but no numbers appear on panel. This happens every now and then, and resolves on its own after a few days. However this is not resolving for the past few days.

Hi, I have a dishwasher that appears to be leaking. There is water collecting inside the bottom of the dishwasher, and there is also water leaking onto the kitchen floor. The people living in the room/flat below have also reported that water is coming through to their property. Sometimes the dishwasher drains and the bottom is clear, but later water comes back into it, so I’m not sure if there is a drainage/backflow issue as well as a leak. I have stopped using the dishwasher and need someone to inspect the dishwasher, hoses, drainage and any possible leak underneath it as soon as possible. Please let me know your availability and roughly how much the inspection/repair would cost. Thanks.

The rubber door seal and spring-loaded retaining wire came off my Hisense washing machine. I’ve put the rubber back, but I can’t refit the wire. Tenant reported issue with hot water and gas: - Could not find any clearly marked switch for the boiler - Gas hob did not appear to be working at first - Did not want to keep trying controls without guidance - gas hob worked but fire did not come (their words) - No photos yet — occupier may send boiler/fire photos this evening Need: attend when occupier is home, inspect and fix or quote for any work required.

Fishy smell from oven. Someone from Domex has come round to look at the oven. He said the oven works completely fine. He said he did note the fishy smell and said it could point to an issue with the main electrics but not the oven itself. He recommended for an electrician to come round and take a look at the electrics properly to make sure there isn’t a potentially dangerous fault.

I’ve got a new washing machine which needs to be installed. The old one is still here and is hard wired into the wall rather than a plug and would require the same with the new washing machine
