i need a gas engineer to come and look at my gas cooker as it’s only emitting a blue flame

We’re looking for a reliable handyman to help us tackle a list of maintenance jobs around our house. Priority one is our tumble dryer. We’d like someone to come out as soon as possible for a brief inspection to: * identify exactly what’s wrong with the external dryer vent and the dryer door spring * advise what replacement parts are needed (or let us know if you’d prefer to source them) * give us a clear estimate of the labour required. Once we have the correct parts, we’d like to arrange a return visit to complete the work. After the dryer is fixed, if there’s still time within the agreed labour allocation, we’d also like help with a few smaller jobs: * trim back excess expanding foam under a kitchen cupboard so the door closes properly * fill a small gap between a bedroom wall and window * hang one large painting * (possibly a couple of other small maintenance jobs if time allows) I have attached photos of the dryer vent for context, but we’re looking for someone who can inspect it in person first before buying or fitting any parts. We’re happy to agree either: * an hourly rate, or * a fixed price for an agreed block of time, provided everything is discussed upfront. Our overall budget is around £350, with a little flexibility if needed. We’d much rather get the dryer properly diagnosed and repaired than rush through the other jobs—if the dryer takes the whole budget, that’s absolutely fine. We’re looking for someone experienced, reliable and happy to advise on the best way forward, as we’d love to have someone we can call on for future maintenance too.

Washing machinr has leaked and can’t find source or why

My Siemens iq300 dishwasher no longer turns on. I have replaced the fuse in the plug and left it unpowered to reset but it seems to be dead. Would like someone to take a look before I get rid of it and order a replacement.

Clean and service a DeLonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine. The machine has already been descaled, the cleaning cycle has been run over 20 times, and the brew unit has been removed and cleaned. Despite this, the hot water still contains small black particles. Looking for someone with experience servicing DeLonghi coffee machines to diagnose the cause, clean the internal pipes/brewing system, and get the machine dispensing clean water again.

I have an induction hob that is bigger than my worktop as my old on had now broken. I also have a small separate gas oven that I need removed and refit as this is separate from the hob bunt underneath

I have a sage barista pro. No water is coming out of it - including group head, hot water and steam. The pump still sounds like it is working.

Dishwasher powers on but dishes are not coming out clean. I was advised to use salt, but this did not resolve the issue. An initial inspection showed no error codes. On a follow‑up inspection, I was advised that the pump and thermostat likely need to be replaced. The correct parts were not fitted previously, so I’m now looking for someone experienced who can help complete the repair.
