My extractor fan broke down, I bought a new one to replace it but the previous electrician did not complete the job. So, I am lost on how to install the new one. I need someone to install the replacement extractor fan, it seems to require some drilling. It's a Bosch DEM63AC00B, and I have the manual for how to install it.

Fridge-Freezer Repair – Beko BCFD150 Integrated 50/50 I need help diagnosing and repairing a Beko BCFD150 integrated fridge-freezer. issue: Freezer and fridge are both running but not reaching proper cold temperatures (freezer not as cold as –18 °C, fridge warm). Fan inside freezer is working, compressor is running, but fridge vent is not blowing cold air. Already checked: door seals, thermostat dial set to coldest, no obvious ice build-up, unit fully defrosted and reset. What I need from you: Diagnose the cause (likely damper, refrigerant, compressor, or control fault). Let me know upfront what your call-out cost is and if parts are extra. Please confirm you have experience with fridge-freezers, not just general appliances.

Electric lawnmower overheated (I think) and cut out whilst running. I suspect either the fuse has blown or something else due to overheating potentially?

I got 2 CCTV cameras that need installing. Both Ethernet cables are ready, one cable needs the connector head changed. PoE system for the cameras and NVR, all lead to office room

There is a bad smell in the kitchen specially where the washing machine is , this is smell comes and goes but its worst when the washing machine is used

Remove stainless steel splashback behind cooker hob. Fix and seal edges of new stainless steel splashback behind cooker hob (supplied). Install new recirculating cooker extractor hood (supplied) either attach to wall or to underneath of kitchen cupboards. No external pipes required. Rebuild skylight above internal door. No need for glass - wood or MDF should be fine (not supplied). Match existing wood frame. Fill and finish ready for painting. Drill 4 holes for new external door number plate (supplied) and fit to wall (pebbledashed brick work)

Remove original radiator fitment and install Tado fitment (Tado system already in place in other rooms). Fit and install indoor smoke alarm, fit external Ring camera (ladder needed as placement is to be on side of the house). Fit lockbox onto exterior wall.
