The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Fixing an integrated fridge/freezer door and creating an air vent

The door to my integrated fridge/freezer needs fixing. 2 hinges are broken. I ordered a new integrated fridge/freezer this week. The men who came to install the fridge/freezer would not fit it as they said that the door is not safe and so I won't be able to get a new fridge/freezer until it's fixed. As it's a big door they recommended fixing another hinge to the door so that it has 4 hinges instead of 3. They also suggested that there should be a better flow of air at the bottom of the unit and so that may need looking at too. I am worried that if the job is not done properly when I arrange for the new fridge/freezer to be redelivered they will refuse to install the fridge/freezer again. Over the years I have had 2 handy people out to try and fix the door so I would really like someone who has done this before. I don't think it's a complicated job but it does need someone who has experience in this area.

The following tasks are required for the Worcester 18 Ri heat-only boiler: 1. A Gas Safety Certificate is needed for the boiler and cooker. 2. The flue pipe and condensate pipe need to be connected, and the boiler must be commissioned. Additional details: The flue hole has been made on the inside wall, but the outside wall still requires a flue hole. I already have the flue pipe. All copper pipework is connected, and the system is currently drained. I also have the thermostat, which is correctly wired and was working with the old system. The kitchen sink drain pipe is located directly underneath the boiler, beneath the kitchen worktop and behind the unit. Location: TW17 8SF

Take a spur underneath my sink to install a dual socket

This is to install a socket under the sink, and requires taking a spur from the ring main of existing kitchen sockets. The challenge is to find a point to spur from because it is a fitted kitchen. Also access may be awkward. There is a socket in the wall about 1m either side but the wall is tiled so a chase isn’t possible. The oven cabling is visible under the kitchen units. I don’t want any visible wires in the kitchen.

Need plumber for 2 different jobs. - Washing machine has a small leak when draining water. The leak has been identified already and It comes from one of the pipes accessible from the eaves. In the pictures below check the one with red arrow. - The pipes that drain the bathroom water have a leak that causes a puddle in the apartment below. I have not been able to identify the exact point. The pipe is the one in the photos and videos called "outside"
