Need an experienced handyman to do the following tasks: -Hang 2x Velux blinds in loft room (standing, no ladder required) -Hang 2x Roman blinds in kitchen windows -Put together a 3 legged bistro table -Fix the hang of our front door which is sagging slightly in its hinges (tell me what you need for this and I’ll buy it ie screw types etc) -Hang 4x hooks in bathrooms on doors -Take apart 2x IKEA wardrobes (each is approx 1.5m wide by 2m high)

A small job for an experienced carpenter/joiner to hang a new internal door. The door has already been planed to size and fits the opening, so won’t need any resizing or trimming. I just need someone to: * Fit and recess the hinges into the door and frame. * Hang the door so it is straight, flush and operates smoothly with even gaps. * Fit a pull handle to the door (pull handle only – no latch or lock mechanism). The frame is already in place, and the door is ready to be hung. I’ve attached a photo of the opening. Tools: * I have tools available, including a planer and chisels. * Ideally, you’ll bring your own professional tools. Parking: * I’ll cover the cost of parking. Looking for: * Someone with experience hanging internal doors. * Attention to detail – I’d like the door aligned properly with clean hinge recesses and a good finish. Our internal door latch has broken and needs to be refitted correctly. We have a new latch and the installation guide, but after attempting to reinstall it ourselves, the latch mechanism won’t click into place or operate properly. We’re looking for someone experienced with door hardware who can: * Reassemble/refit the tubular latch correctly. * Ensure the latch retracts and springs back properly. * Reinstall and align the door hardware so the door closes and latches as it should.

Hi, I need help with a couple of small jobs in one room. First, repairing about 3 cracks in the wall and white paint the wall, we do it every two weeks. Second, re-mounting a hanging wire the screw has come loose so the wire is hanging down along with Bulb on high ceiling. It doesn't need an electrician, just re-fixing, we have ladder. I usually do this kind of thing myself as DIY, but I'm not around at the moment. Let me know if you can help.

Light socket/bulb holder - The bulb holder on the first-floor corridor is faulty and no longer holds a bulb. Please replace it with a new holder and fit a new bulb. 2. Window handle - The window handle is broken. Please see the attached photo. The window is currently not closing properly and needs to be fixed. 3. Toilet seat - The toilet seat is brand new, but the tenants do not know how to install it. Please fit it securely for them. 4. Doorbell - The doorbell outside the house is no longer ringing. It may only need a new battery. If so, please buy and replace the battery. If the bell itself is faulty, please buy a basic replacement doorbell from the local shop, and fit it. ... Please note that the task involves you buying any necessary parts yourself from the local shop, with your own money, as I am currently out of the country and cannot do this myself. I'm looking to replace my tumble dryer. It's a hardwired, vented White Knight (still usable for parts) to be replaced with a heat pump model. I would get the new machine delivered but need the old one disconnected and removed, the new one hardwired, and a drainage hose connected to the nearby sink waste. Both units are under-counter/integrated with a wooden unit door to be fitted.
