I am the landlord of a house in Goodmayes, RM6 4DE, and I am looking for a handyman to fix 4 simple issues. Please see photos attached. The work required is as follows: 1. Light socket/bulb holder - The bulb holder on the first-floor corridor is faulty and no longer holds a bulb. Please replace it with a new holder and fit a new bulb. 2. Window handle - The window handle is broken. Please see the attached photo. The window is currently not closing properly and needs to be fixed. 3. Toilet seat - The toilet seat is brand new, but the tenants do not know how to install it. Please fit it securely for them. 4. Doorbell - The doorbell outside the house is no longer ringing. It may only need a new battery. If so, please buy and replace the battery. If the bell itself is faulty, please buy a basic replacement doorbell from the local shop, and fit it. ... Please note that the task involves you buying any necessary parts yourself from the local shop, with your own money, as I am currently out of the country and cannot do this myself. The cost of the parts should be included in your offer. I need someone on Wednesday 3 June at 4pm as my tenants will be home during that time.

Hi all. I have always had issues with the windows in the flat, them being stuck when I moved in, mold, paint falling off etc. Now I would like to tackle the living room windows situation. They have not been opened for a few years (Don't ask) in the meantime the maintenance company also done painting from the outside so I believe they will be even more stuck as they would be already. Could someone have a look at them, so I am able to open them again please but carefully to not damage anything? In addition I would also like the windowsill and frame re-painted in white from inside. I had this done previously but it is coming off again. Please note that the window handles to open don't need to be replaced. Please offer total price for task plus painting/tool cost.

1. Two TV's need to be hung on the walls. One of which has a bracket already on the wall but needs to be strengthened, the other needs to bracket to be installed. 2. The sofa is a modular (ready-made) one and needs to be put together. 3. IKEA furniture assembly - we have two small cabinets that need to be assembled and hung on the wall, along with 3 IKEA shelves (which need to be trimmed slightly by approximately 4cm and hung on the wall in between the two cabinets. There is a skip on site with all empty bozes to be cleared at the end of the job

Hi, I need someone to fix a small section of a media wall. It’s a low boxed unit and the inside/top area wasn’t properly finished. The wall is already painted, so the job includes both filling and repainting. What needs to be done: • Fill and smooth the uneven areas • Sand if needed • Repaint the section to match the existing finish This is a small job and can be done with filler (Easy Fill is fine).
