Approx. 64sqm of 10mm RE ceiling plasterboard installation. Approx. 10sqm of 10mm Aquacheck plasterboard installation in ensuite. Allow for all necessary ceiling battens, hangers, channels to achieve specified ceiling heights. Plasterboard to slot into existing window plaster reveals (already installed on site) where windows are up to ceiling height. Provice P50 shadow gap profile to all other edges where ceiling meets walls. All joints to be taped and filled with joint filler, sanded smooth and ready for painting. Site inspection highly recommend prior to quoting.

I have a failed inline ducted ceiling fan in a bathroom needing replacement. It's not hardwired - believe it's a standard 10A socket. You'll need a tool to open the manhole to get access and remove it. A large flathead screwdriver may suffice.
