Need someone to assist with wall plastering base coat + top coat in 4 areas as shown in the photos

I have a bedroom wall i need to get rendered. The area that needs to get covered is probably around 3x3 maybe a bit bigger. See picture attached of current condition.

In a big wind storm about a month ago - the awning above our front door was blown off. It then came crashing down and has bent slightly. We need it repaired and reattached please. You will need to navigate our staircase. I think you'll need to bend one arm of it back so it is straight. Then reattach with new attachments. It would be wonderful to get it done this weekend if possible.

This is a repost to see if a carpenter can come out and look at this job. The slats keep falling out especially with the recent high winds. They sit in a groove in the bottom and upper handrail and do not fit lengthwise anymore as if the two rails have moved further apart. I’d like a quote to take into account the way to fix long term or if it needs full replacement. Two sections next to each other are doing it, as the photo shows one straight and one the angles down with the stairs.

I have eight nails fixed into internal walls which need to be removed and the hole filled in. There are also four very small indentations on the wall (x2) and on an internal door (x2) which need to be filled in and smoothed over.

Remove and replace damaged section to lath and plaster ceiling in front room (without ­disturbing walls, cornices or ceiling rose), supply and install new plasterboard to ceiling flush, and sand. 2. Plaster over cracks in walls and ceiling throughout house, and sand. 3. Prepare and paint newly installed ceiling and repaired cracks to best match existing (ceiling should be the basic untinted ceiling white, walls are in Dulux Antique White).
