The gyprock wall has multiple old anchor screws and holes in the wall. The first wall needs to be patched, plastered and painted. Second wall has minor chips in the plaster needs to be patched and painted. I’ve included photos. Task preferably to be completed on a Monday or Thursday between 8:30am and 4pm

Fix Roof Leak & Repair Ceiling Plasterboard I’m looking for an experienced roofer/handyman to fix a roof leak and repair internal ceiling damage. Water is leaking through a box gutter and coming into the ceiling. It appears the issue is where two box gutters join, and water is seeping through the connection. The current silicone fix isn’t working, so I’m after a more permanent solution. Scope of work: • Identify and fix the source of the leak (box gutter join) • Provide a proper, long-term repair (not just silicone) • Repair and replace damaged ceiling plasterboard • Ensure the area is sealed and finished properly Please bring your own tools and materials.
