Looking for an experienced picture hanger to hang six frames in my apartment (plasterboard walls). Id like the finished result to look properly planned. 1 x large framed print (approx. 120 x 90cm, glass, est. 8–12kg) — hung centred above a sideboard in the living room. Ramset 10kg hollow wall anchors already purchased. Two fixing points so it hangs level and doesn’t drift. 5 x small framed certificates (A4-ish, lightweight, matching timber frames) — hung as a considered arrangement above a sofa on a separate wall. I’d like the layout planned before any holes are drilled: consistent gaps between frames, aligned edges, the whole grouping centred on the wall/sofa and at a sensible height. Open to your recommendation on the best arrangement for five frames (row, grid, or two-row layout).

We are having a full cassette awning installed at our property into an area with cladding. We have a temporary GPO within the cladding cavity which we need you to connect an external weatherproof black GPO on the cladding and potentially change the power wiring from the Awning unit to a black cable.

We need to repair some failing grout connecting tiles to a plasterboard wall in the bathroom.

I have to have an AC in ceiling replaced. The man hole isn’t big enough so need player cutting open then once AC has been replaced like exisiting manhole cover put back and re plastered ready for painting. Need it cut out to in front of the light to wardrobe. Then I’ll get AC replaced and need it all put back again.

The latch on my window has broken off. I need some one to screw/glue it back on with new screws. I also have a power point that has come loose from the wall and need it to be re attached. However, there doesn’t seem to be any structure for the PowerPoint to go in aside from the plasterboard. Lastly, the fire alarm is not existent and I need the hole covered up. I’m looking for an all-in-one tradie that thinks they can do all three tasks. My location is right in front of the train station and can be a little bit hard for parking but I’m happy to pay for street parking and assist you carrying gear if necessary.

Put Plaster board onto timber battons (1000mmx800mm area)

We need a mirror and a painting hung onto the walls in the bedroom. Both walls are plasterboard.

The outlet is loose from the drywall and needs to be fixed again and sealed and sand and patch around the outlet. Other outlets need frame replacement and dimmer channel, they broke just wear and tare.

We require a glass cutter to be mounted onto the wall in our studio. The wall it drywall, there are no studs, and just concrete/brick underneath, so it will need long masonry screws for it to go through the plaster and well into the brick wall behind. The mortar seems pretty soft in some areas so we just want someone who will be able to do this properly as it’s a heavy item (approximately 25-30kg) and there will be someone to help also. We have all the fixings and braces ready to go, it just requires holding and drilling in to make secure. Expect it to take no longer than an hour I hope!

My sauna was flat pack and constructed by a team with mostly Allen keys. Here is a photo. I have the construction instructions. Could you please disassemble it and I will deliver it elsewhere myself. Thanks.
