The rod then passes up past the upper steps and needs to be connected individually with a little bracket. Then a single timber handrail at the top. Then on the floor above, a 1 metre wide section fixed to the tile floor.

Disconnect 2 x power points and replace one for a rangehood

We removed an old electric heater and the wall where it was needs plastering and painting. The wall behind it is brick.

I have installed a wall mounted TV and the power and antenna cables runs down the open wall now and looks bad. I would like a new power socket and antenna socket placed behind the TV to hide cables. The wall is plaster also.

Patch up two holes which were power outlets and paint wall to colour match rest of wall. Wall was previously painted after a tv was de-mounted but paint wasn't colour matched and the real estate agent isn't satisfied. Keys will need to be picked up from real estate agent in Abbotsford and returned to them after job is done.

Hi there, I need an experienced plasterer or handyman to fix the uneven wall sections surrounding a window frame. The exact dimensions requiring work are: 1. Below the window sill: A rough plaster/render section measuring approximately 250cm wide x 90cm high. 2. Above the window frame: A stripped section surrounding the air vent measuring approximately 35cm high x 60cm wide. Both sections need to be built up, leveled out completely, and sanded smooth so they are flush and ready for me to paint later. • Important Scope Note: There are a few other jobs available in this room eventually, but please just quote for this specific wall area right now.

Had a bad roof leak in one of our bedrooms due to the heavy rain over the last few days, which resulted in us having to have a large section of the plaster cut out to remove damage. We need this repaired and repainted asap as this is our 2 year old’s bedroom. If you can also do repairs on eaves/cement sheet, we had our balcony repaired a few months ago due to water ingress and damage, and need the cement sheets replaced outside by the front door/entryway. I have an old surface-mounted GPO that needs replacing. Two old rigid PVC conduits enter from above — the left is the incoming supply and the right continues to another working GPO. The downstream GPO needs to remain connected. Looking for supply and installation of a suitable 10A weatherproof surface-mounted GPO, with any conduit adjustment required for the installation. The awning has been damaged and does not retract. It's controlled by a motor and remote. The task is to work out how to retract the awning without causing any more damage to it and leave it in the closed position.

I need an experienced carpenter or builder to inspect my back verandah and quote on repairs. There is significant water damage and rot to timber around a verandah post and handrail. More importantly, the timber beam directly under the gutter is rotting and appears to be pulling away, which may be affecting the stability of the verandah roof.
