I have 4 metal planter boxes on my balcony balustrade that need to be removed. Noting some screws (hex head) have rusted through and may be difficult to remove. Once off, the mounting holes need to be properly rust treated and filled with metal epoxy. The full balustrade then needs to be degreased, rust treated, sanded, primed and finished with white epoxy paint. Just demolished an outhouse and need rendering for a feature wall. The size is 2000mm wide x 3000mm high. The corner on the right will need a deeper fill and will most likely return around 100mm on the right hand side wall. Render just the minimum thickness required and a cement colour finish is adequate. Not too sure of tge cost, hence I've put a minimum of $10.00

Patch plasterboard ceiling to apartment below due to water leak, feather and paint to match existing - Inspect ceiling void for any presence of moisture - patch hole. Size appears to be roughly 300x400mm - Ceiling build up appears to be 2 layers of plasterboard - feather to a flush finish - Paint to match existing - should be Dulux Ceiling White Time needs to coordinated with tenant in apartment below with 48 hours notice.

Paint rendered fence and back garage door

The gyprock wall has multiple old anchor screws and holes in the wall. The first wall needs to be patched, plastered and painted. Second wall has minor chips in the plaster needs to be patched and painted. I’ve included photos. Task preferably to be completed on a Monday or Thursday between 8:30am and 4pm
