Hi there, Needing some gutter rash damage repaired on my Hyundai i20N, just the one rim and area that requires the touch up.

We have a leak on our bathroom ceiling. Appears to be caused by some cracked roof tiles on the roof above. Need a roofer to replace the cracked roof tiles and assess if the leak might be caused my something else. Also need to seal the gap between the roof and the attic (about 5-6cm) - see pics. I can provide replacement roof tiles - qualified trade to provide all other materials.

Needing to solve a heavy rainfall issue where the water ends up in my garage the drain next to the downpipe does not get rid of the water it’s like a supplement drain with limited drainage. Looking to install a rainwater diverter on the downpipe so that I can divert the water to another drain closeby to stop my garage getting flooded hoping someone can assist

Single story roof space, approx 100 sqm, have insulation - 1 layer sound break 3.1 and 2nd cross layer of 4.1 normal fletcher insulation batts and need to remove some scrappy old insulation. All down lights will be ic4 so can be covered and will have certificate of electrical safety from registered electrician late next week. I can help with the work just need someone with some prior experience in this area

Single story except for front. Front is elevated 7 steps. Gutter on verandah is elevated (7 steps). Must have insurance and references

Looking for an experienced roof plumber to inspect and repair two support wire/cable penetrations near the fascia on a tiled roof. There has been slow moisture damage to the soffit below this area. Gutters have been checked and confirmed fine. The likely issue is around these penetrations. I am looking for a proper flashing solution (lead/saddle/boot as appropriate), Scope: Inspect both penetrations Install mechanical flashing where required Seal as secondary protection. The overhead mains attachment must not be disturbed.

The sheet of material under balcony/ above door needs to be re-fixed to the roof as the nails are coming out and ceiling is drooping down.

I’m having an issue with the gutter on my carport. Despite the downpipe being on the left side, during heavy rain, water overflows from the top right corner and spills onto my neighbour’s property.
