The main tasks include: • Plastering: Clean up the plaster on the right side of the kitchen. • Cornice Work: Install a new cornice on the right side and above the cupboards. • Tiling: Redo the tiling under the window. • Skirting Board: Replace a small section of skirting board. • Painting: Give the area a fresh coat of paint. • Bricks: The exposed brick section can stay as is, but we’d like a clear protective coating applied and some caulking where it meets the benchtop. I need a plasterer to plaster over the hole left by an old gas heater. I would like to cover over the bottom half, and have a plaster shelf/indentation for the top half. Size is approx 1.8m high, 0.42m wide, 0.20m deep. Pictures attached. Can this be painted at the same time? Flexible with timing whilst I work from home.
