We do have motion sensors and CCTV cameras installed few yrs ago. The person installed it was maintaining every year till last year. Our cctv camera monitor lost connection and during house renovation alarm system also got disconnected. The list covers four areas: Decorating and repairs: touching up paintwork on the staircase woodwork, including wood filler where needed. Filling, sanding and repainting a stained patch of ceiling. Re-caulking two bathrooms. Mounting and hanging: living room curtains, several mirrors and artwork around the house. Walls are a mix, so the right fixings for plasterboard and masonry will be needed. Smart home and security: fitting smart cameras and bulbs, removing a redundant outdoor Yale alarm box and replacing it with a SimpliSafe bell box and plaque, plus opening an outdoor key safe. The large hot tub is inflated and empty, but it has not been used for over a year and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and serviced to make sure that everything works and any punctures repaired. Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time. And as we're doing this I was thinking to might as well do a cleaning of the sink unit. There is a hardware store 2 mins from my building in case we need replacements.
