The task to lift a 200kg yantra (see pic)into a wooden box (see pic), carry it out of the flat, take it down a flight of stairs, load it into a van, travel with the object and the owner to the storage (20-30min), then unload and place it in the storage unit (1st floor - lift is available for the task). The task will be shared between 2-3 men alongside the owner (feel free to invite other workers if you think they might be interested, but let me know in advance to allow for the exact head count required).
