Need help rearranging my room

I need 2 strong people minimum to carry the following: 4 x 60kg hedges (120cm x 180cm) 4 x 50litre soil bags Between the exact hours of 4-6pm on Friday 20/04/2024 No elevator. These will be delivered to the ground floor. I live on the second floor + and internal flight of stairs thereafter. Due to a recent surgery I will not be able to help with the lifting.

I have a fridge and a freezer mounted into a shelved larder unit. I am removing the legs and adding a pull out drawer to the larder unit but in order to do so I will need the fridge and freezer to be firstly lifted out of their shelves to allow me to access the bottom of the unit and remove the legs and attached the drawer mechanism. Once this is done then the fridge and freezer will need to be lifted back onto their shelves in the unit

We are receiving a massage chair from a client to test some software on. The chair in the packaging weights 168kg. The dimensions of the box are 196 cm long, 91.4 cm wide, 88.9cm high. It needs to be taken from the Ground floor, up 3 flights of stairs, to the 3rd floor, and placed on the office.
