Hi I have already prepared the ground with compressed MOT Type 1, and drainage first fix is done. Cement mixer and all materials are on site including slabs, cement, sharp sand and aco drains. I need the slabs to be laid professionally, straight, level and strong along with the Aco drains. Aprox 43m2. Need experienced paver.

I would like 3 sandstone pavers and the adhesive below them to be removed from my garden. Approx dims shown on photo. Dust to be reduced as much as possible. We’ve got a tap and power nearby if needed.

Dig out and remove 5 sqm of ruble from front graden to a half a meter depth. Lay 5 sqm of sharp sand and cement mortar mix bedding layer and finish it with paving stones. All materials are available on site ready to go. You need to have the tools to dig and break through the rubble and then ideally dispose it.

Soil and waste clearance

Remove old decking and lay new paving/patio I’m looking for someone experienced to remove and dispose of an existing area of timber decking and replace it with paving. The condition of the ground underneath the decking is not yet known. The job may therefore involve some preparation or foundation work before the paving can be laid, such as: * Removing the decking, timber frame and existing supports * Clearing and disposing of all waste * Assessing the ground and existing base underneath * Excavating or levelling the area if required * Installing an appropriate sub-base and compacting it * Allowing for suitable drainage and a fall away from the house * Laying and pointing the paving * Leaving the area clean and tidy I would like someone who has previous experience laying patios or paving, rather than decking removal alone. Please explain: 1. Your relevant experience with patio or paving installations 2. Whether you can remove and legally dispose of the old decking 3. Whether you can supply the necessary materials or would prefer me to order them (I don't mind, but we do want some nice paving - york stone or equivalent) 4. Your availability to visit, inspect the area and provide an estimate 5. Whether your price includes labour, waste disposal and any equipment required The final scope may need to be agreed once the decking has been lifted and the condition of the ground underneath is visible. Removal of paving slabs in front of house

Re-mortar gaps in paving. About 20ft to do. The gaps. Have been pressure washed and cleared of weeds. You may still have to remove some old mortar. There is about 20-30 foot to do. I was thinking it would be 3 hours of work.
