The large hot tub is inflated and empty, but it has not been used for over a year and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and serviced to make sure that everything works and any punctures repaired. Hi - previous flat owners replaced windows with pvc style. Wooden frames still remain and need maintenance and repair and appropriate sealant.

Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time. And as we're doing this I was thinking to might as well do a cleaning of the sink unit. There is a hardware store 2 mins from my building in case we need replacements.

1. Bedroom socket is a bit loose and just needs tightening 2. Living room roller blind needs re-securing to the wall 3. Clean off mould from top section of utility cupboard – no concerns about further peeling of paint, just cleaning the mould. 4. Fill hole near skirting with filler/caulk – whatever you recommend 5. Bedframe repair – I believe the metal bars underneath need to be resecured, and the slats the fabric has broken. If they are flat wooden slats perhaps they can just be screwed in place.
