The jobs include: Hanging two pictures on the walls, ensuring they are secure and level. Removing an existing window blind and installing a new one (replacement blind already supplied). Removing a stuck kettle plug from an electrical socket. The plug appears to be physically stuck. This will need to be assessed and safely removed by someone appropriately qualified to undertake electrical work. Ideally, we would like all jobs completed during one visit. I’m looking for an experienced plumber/heating engineer to carry out full maintenance and cleaning of all radiators in my flat while the building’s communal heating system is currently drained. The flat’s heating circuit should be capable of being isolated from the communal system – this has been done by previous engineers. I would therefore like the engineer to identify and close the appropriate isolation valves before the communal system is refilled. For all radiators, I would like: • Individual flushing/cleaning to remove sludge, magnetite and debris, removing and flushing radiators where appropriate • General inspection for corrosion or leaks • TRVs and lockshield valves checked for correct operation/seizing • Valves, tails, connections and fittings checked and replaced where necessary • Bleed valves/vents checked • Any other sensible preventative maintenance while the system is drained • The flat/radiator circuit appropriately isolated and left safe before the communal system is refilled • Once appropriate, the radiators refilled, vented and checked for leaks and correct operation This is a communal heating system, so I am not requesting a powerflush or chemical treatment of the whole building system. The important requirement is that the necessary isolation and any work requiring the communal system to be empty must be completed before Monday, when the building system is due to be refilled. We do have motion sensors and CCTV cameras installed few yrs ago. The person installed it was maintaining every year till last year. Our cctv camera monitor lost connection and during house renovation alarm system also got disconnected. I tried to contact many time the previous engineer but he unfortunately too a large amount of money as a deposit and did not come back unfortunately!!! any way I need an honest person with expertise in this friend who could come along and see the whole thing and tell me what I need to do now.

Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time. And as we're doing this I was thinking to might as well do a cleaning of the sink unit. There is a hardware store 2 mins from my building in case we need replacements.
