I need the hinges put on 2 set of hinges for each door. The handles and the lock for each door . Everything is new so should be easy with minimal complications.

Window handle - The window handle is broken. Please see the attached photo. The window is currently not closing properly and needs to be fixed. 3. Toilet seat - The toilet seat is brand new, but the tenants do not know how to install it. Please fit it securely for them. 4. Doorbell - The doorbell outside the house is no longer ringing. It may only need a new battery. If so, please buy and replace the battery. If the bell itself is faulty, please buy a basic replacement doorbell from the local shop, and fit it. ...
