The large hot tub is inflated and empty, but it has not been used for over a year and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and serviced to make sure that everything works and any punctures repaired. Ideally we would like this done as soon as possible, any time, even in the evening or early morning if that is preferred to keep out of the midday heat (the hot tub is in the shade).

Hi - previous flat owners replaced windows with pvc style. Wooden frames still remain and need maintenance and repair and appropriate sealant.

Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time. And as we're doing this I was thinking to might as well do a cleaning of the sink unit. There is a hardware store 2 mins from my building in case we need replacements.

Bedframe repair – I believe the metal bars underneath need to be resecured, and the slats the fabric has broken. If they are flat wooden slats perhaps they can just be screwed in place.
