We need approx 10 to 12 paintings to be hung, some screws to be fixed( table- assembled but 2 screws to befixed and book cabinet-1 door hinge's scews have come out).paint touch up job at a few places. 1 place on wall in living room , and some paint off places on stairs - minor lines. So all very small jobs not taki g too much time indovidually.

The toilet door handle has given way. It’s not a straight forward fix as the inside of the door has crumbled. May need to move the whole handle higher

The letterbox was detached from the wall by a delivery man and when he tried to reattach it damaged the wall. Grateful if you could reattach letterbox securely (maybe needs backing installed), repair small plaster damage and also fill and paint ceiling cracks.

Blinds work fine however one of the pull strings has snapped off. It still functions fine but is missing one pull cord. I have the cord still.
