Existing oven is hardwired or into a socket? Don't know. We've bought 2 new ovens and want them to be connected via power points rather than hardwired. So - install new double 15amp power point in adjoining cupboard, and if existing oven is hardwired then fit a plug so it can go into the new power point. I am having an AC unit condensation line fixed which has snapped within the walls of 2 apartment blocks. As part of the repair the plasterboard will need to be cut into all the way to replace the condensation line. I would like a quote on having new plasterboard fitted. Require both supply of plasterboard & labour. This would be for 2 walls (one in each apartment) as both walls need to be cut.

Someone fell over at the bottom of the stairs and put a hole in the wall. As shown in the photos the hole is 28cm x 29cm ish. The place was recently painted so I have left over paint from then so please include the price to touch up. Thanks
