We’ve recently installed a new floor due to a sloping subfloor, which has left gaps between the floor and the walls (see photos). Looking for an experienced plasterer or renderer to: • Fill/render the gaps between the floor and wall • Ideally rendered (preferred over plasterboard) so it’s solid and suitable for fixing skirting boards onto • Leave a small expansion gap where appropriate for skirting installation • Ensure a neat, straight finish ready for skirting Details: • Residential job • Small to medium repair work • Must have own tools • Experience with rendering/plastering preferred Happy to discuss the best approach if you think plasterboard is more suitable, but preference is a solid rendered finish. Have a 34cm(H) × 32cm (W) hole in plasterboard/drywall hole to be patched up. Also have a 7x7cm hole in an MDF door to be patched. Also have a slight dent in another plasterboard wall that's about 7cm(W) x 10cm(H) which if its a quick & simple task, would like this straightened out as well. Only patching required. No need to sand & paint.

Looking for a plasterer or someone with plastering experience and materials to do a small/medium sized job on bottom floor apartment. There is some cracks in the plasterboard that need to be filled, sanded and painted back to original colour (white). I would need you to supply the materials as part of the task. Paint will be supplied.

Shower ceiling has collapsed after a water leak from apartment above. I’ve now fixed all the leak issues. Need someone to come in and Re-plaster the ceiling and then paint it to match rest of ceiling (same shade of white so that you can’t tell the difference- you might need to take a sample at bunnings and check it). Plasterboard and plaster approx. 12 m of internal wall (4 walls, standard ceiling height ~2.4 m). Some walls (as pictured) only have half the wall removed and just need the bottom done and patched. I will need you to supply required materials to do so (inc. plasterboard), and we are looking for someone experienced in plastering :) There are windows to work around and several service cut-outs (taps, oven, power). Existing structure is accessible and ready for boarding. Looking for a paint-ready finish. Happy to arrange site visit before final quote. It is beneficial if you also have experience in lath plastering and repairs for future works that we will have done on this house :)

Driving out of the garage our car scraped off some of the corner of our house concrete rendering. There’s one longer spot approx Approx 13cm long + one smaller spot approx 3cm long above that. See pictures. We’d like someone to put the corner back and match the colour as close as possible so it blends in. Thank you!
