Licensed Electrician – Power Point Check & Install Looking for a licensed electrician to check and install power points at my home. I’ve marked up photos: • Red crosses = existing power points • Yellow crosses = proposed new power points • Blue ? = old/unused power point to be checked Issue: When plugging in a Haier heat pump dryer, the power point sparked (washing machine already plugged into the same outlet). Stopped immediately. Needs checking for safety and advice on whether a dedicated outlet is required. Job includes: • Safety check of sparking outlet • Advice + install new power points as needed • Check old/unused outlet After a cost-effective solution. Licensed & insured only. Photos provided.

Plasterboard and plaster approx. 12 m of internal wall (4 walls, standard ceiling height ~2.4 m). Some walls (as pictured) only have half the wall removed and just need the bottom done and patched. I will need you to supply required materials to do so (inc. plasterboard), and we are looking for someone experienced in plastering :) There are windows to work around and several service cut-outs (taps, oven, power). Existing structure is accessible and ready for boarding. Looking for a paint-ready finish. Happy to arrange site visit before final quote. It is beneficial if you also have experience in lath plastering and repairs for future works that we will have done on this house :)

Two power points located in the oven cavity are to be relocated to the next adjacent cupboard. This is to crest further space in the existing oven cavity to fit a new 10amp oven. New hole to be drilled to enable cords to be fed to the new location. May need to join and provide additional electrical cable to get to new spot.

Install new power point on a plasterboard wall & hang a 50 inch TV (bracket will be provided)

Driving out of the garage our car scraped off some of the corner of our house concrete rendering. There’s one longer spot approx Approx 13cm long + one smaller spot approx 3cm long above that. See pictures. We’d like someone to put the corner back and match the colour as close as possible so it blends in. Thank you!
