I need the roof cavity inspected for any damage, leaks, or signs of water ingress. I have noticed a couple of damp spots on the ceiling, including one with a yellow stain, which I suspect may be caused by possum urine. I would also like to confirm whether possums are entering the roof cavity through any holes, gaps, or other openings. If any entry points are found, I would like them to be safely and securely closed, while ensuring there are no possums inside before sealing them. I do occasionally hear possum noises on the roof at night, although it doesn’t happen every night.

Gutter down pipe is blocked, and wont clear with a hose, probably needs a snake We have a weather board house that needs small wood rot repairs with builders bog or similar. please quote per wood rot patch. Gutter cleaning required for a double story house in Caulfield. Also a single level pool house. Also there is one downpipe upstairs that is noisy at night when it rains. I think we need something inserted to dampen the sound (unless it’s blocked and that’s what is causing the sound).
