Need a roof plumber. We have an ageing roof on a two storey unit/townhouse. My neighbour and our roof need urgent maintenance and repairs. We have water in our ceiling and garage. The garage roof between the wall and the garage has a few cracks that need to be fixed. Please see photos. It needs some patch work to fix a leaks. Leak is coming in and wetting the carpet in our master bedroom and then entering downstairs to the ceiling. Odd thing is… it only happens sometimes when it rains and sometimes not. Might be the angle of rain! We would like some quotes. We do not want to replace the roof but we want to get the leak fixed but are also open to professional suggestions to fix the matter.
