Please see attached drawing with measurements. I currently have a basic wooden frame built. I was hoping I could pay a carpenter or skill full handy man. To rebuild the basic enclosure to buy & attach thick cement sheeting on both sides of the wooden frame. Place insulated panel on inside of cement sheeting (which I have) to stop vibration or sound reverberation against the wooden frame / cement sheeting. Use sound proofing caulk from Bunnings. To make it sound proofed around the joins. So it minimises any sound leakage to the back neighbours. install sound proof insulation bats in between (I already have sound proof bats). Reattach the colour bond roof on top of the cement sheeting. Paint the cement sheeting once finished & remove the rubbish. I can reimburse for the cement sheeting costs that the contractor uses & also for other materials needed. I'm keen to get it done soon as the neighbours move in shortly. Cheers

I need a 360 litre roof pod put on my roof racks with 4 x U bolts, I can help, it needs a spare pair of hands, the pod is super light and easily lifted by one person. I also have a set of window deflectors to put on, they come with their own tool. May need a spanner for the roof box to tighten the nuts and a foot stool to easily access the top. I have a skylight in my kitchen which is not really good for anything except leaking when it rains. I need someone to remove the skylight and the walls of the vent that go down to the ceiling. Then I need you to re-tile the space where it was, leaving it waterproof. I have spare matching tiles and can provide these if it makes the job easier to quote. The size of the skylight would be about 900x900 and the space requires about 12 tiles to be installed. See photo. The re-plastering of the internal ceiling in the kitchen is not part of the job. It's a single story roof with decent access using an extension ladder.

Fix Noisy downpipe on second story The pipe makes. Noise when rainwater hits the curve in the pipe. We fixed one of the pipes by inserting sponge so water hits sponge and not pipe. This includes work at height. Aspendale
