I live in a rental, and the landlord will not perform any maintenance. The front fence is no longer secure, and my dog has escaped numerous times. I need someone to come and dog proof the front fence please.

Looking to get gutters cleaned and replace one of the gutter

I can see that a cracked tile has fallen from top floor onto flat roof so am concerned about potential leak. Would like it checked first (using drone) and any tiles then replaced (have 5 spare tiles). House is only 8 years old. We are not in a red zone for drone.

Inspect whole roof and fix or replace all the tiles and ridge caps that came off. I noticed a few tiles and ridge caps came off. See the photos attached.

I’m having an issue with the gutter on my carport. Despite the downpipe being on the left side, during heavy rain, water overflows from the top right corner and spills onto my neighbour’s property. My garage gutter is damaged. I need to change
