I need someone to do the basic maintenance for my kawasaki 300 se and also show me how to do it

Antenna points don't work in our single level 15year old home. Can only get channel 9 . We have 3 antenna points (lounge and 2 bedrooms) perhaps we can get another point out in the spare room?

My son has an e-bike that is relatively new. It has started making a noise when riding where it seems like something is rubbing on the back wheel. I’d rather just get it fixed locally than going back under warranty. It still rides fine, it’s just the noise that suggests something is rubbing.

I have a number of jobs I need undertaken asap: 1. ceramic birdbath that’s come in 2 pieces that I need put safely together then need it attached to a heavy paver so it’s stable. 2. Assemble metal letterbox and either dig in (but think spot is a tad shallow so maybe similar attach to a paver? I’m sure there’s a standard approach. 3. Need current mail box taken out. It’s on a pole that looks like it may be cemented in. 4. Attach a terracotta statue to solid base - thinking paver to place in the garden Ideally today or Saturday morning
