Repair one hole in an internal wall (white / natural white finish). 2. Repair scratches and marks left from taking down artwork (multiple small areas — photos attached). 3. General wall cleaning — wipe down / clean the walls to remove dust, light marks, grime, and where kids have drawn. Requirements: • Properly patch the hole (backing if needed), apply filler/plaster, sand smooth, prime, and paint so it blends with the existing white walls. • Fill, sand, and paint the scratch areas for a neat finish. • Clean the specified walls thoroughly (sugar soap or similar is fine. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter / plasterer or ceiling renovation contractor to install a new insulated plasterboard ceiling in my existing single garage in Malvern East. Garage details: * Approx. 3.5m × 6.1m (21m²) * Existing corrugated metal roof with exposed timber beams * No existing plasterboard ceiling * Roof has been inspected and repaired, with no active leaks identified * Electrical rough-in has already been completed for 6 LED downlights Scope of work: 1. Inspect the existing timber beams, particularly one partially deteriorated section near the rear window. Advise whether additional timber reinforcement is required and provide a separate price if necessary. 2. Supply and install suitable ceiling framing/battens as required. 3. Supply and install ceiling insulation, including an appropriate condensation-management solution for the existing metal roof. 4. Supply and install plasterboard ceiling across approximately 21m². 5. Complete all plasterboard jointing, stopping and sanding, ready for painting. 6. Construct a suitable bulkhead/boxing around the front roller door area and close fixed gaps where appropriate, while maintaining full roller door operation and service access. 7. The door locked from the inside, I needed to take it apart to open it, but can’t put it together again. Assuming it’s a simple fix, I just can’t get it.
