Find an experienced handyman in Inner South Melbourne

We have 2 external Luxaflex blinds that need a service. We do not have a remote for them so unsure if they do/don't work. We need a functioning remote supplied. Both look to be in good condition but I think a service is needed. See pics.

We need some render repaired on the front of our building. We're looking to get some art work installed and as you can see from the pics, the previous tenants signage has left some holes/cracks in the render, that need repairing beforehand.

I need help installing two floating shelves above my bed, one next to the other. Tools required for the job are a power drill, screwdriver and a line level/spirit level. If possible, I would prefer if this work could be done on the bed itself, as I'm unable to move the bed. Thanks!

We did a crappy job of boring two 2 centimetric holes into this bench top. Would like someone to come and fill it and dress it so that it looks close to you. We know that’s not 100% possible.

I have two doors at the same front entrance in Carrum that need adjusting/repairing. The security screen door is sagging and I continually need to tighten the screws in the top hinge. I want the hinge fixing properly repaired/reinforced so it stays secure, rather than just having the existing screws tightened again. The timber front door is also becoming harder to open and is now scraping along the bottom. It needs to be realigned/rehung and the hinges adjusted or repaired as required so it opens, closes and locks smoothly. Looking for someone experienced with door hanging, hinges and door frame repairs. Please aim to correct the alignment/hinges rather than simply cutting or planing the bottom of the timber door unless actually necessary. Photos attached.

I need a 360 litre roof pod put on my roof racks with 4 x U bolts, I can help, it needs a spare pair of hands, the pod is super light and easily lifted by one person. I also have a set of window deflectors to put on, they come with their own tool. May need a spanner for the roof box to tighten the nuts and a foot stool to easily access the top. Happy to come to you if near Moorabbin. These are to go on my small Fiat Doblo van. I imagine all up it will be half hour to under an hour to do.

Install 3 curtain rod brackets above window-metal frame. We need 3 brackets installed for a curtain rod above the window. Curtain rod and brackets are supplied (photos provided show brackets & instructions from packaging). We attempted to install the brackets ourselves and found that there appears to be metal/aluminium behind the window frame, so we weren't able to drill through it with our standard drill bit. Looking for someone experienced who can assess the window/frame and use the appropriate fixings and tools to securely install the 3 brackets. Please bring your own tools and suitable fixings. Looking for an experienced, qualified carpenter to professionally install a new external laundry door. I already have the new door, door handle/hardware and dog door, so this is primarily an installation/labour job.
