I need someone experienced to remove mould from a bathroom shower area and reseal where required. The affected shower area is approximately 860mm wide x 1,170mm deep x up to 1,300mm high. The main issue is black mould / staining around the lower shower area, particularly along the floor-to-wall joints, shower screen base / metal track, corner joints and some lower grout lines. This is not just a general bathroom clean. The job may involve removing old mould-affected silicone/sealant, properly cleaning and treating the area, preparing the joints, and reapplying bathroom-grade mould-resistant silicone. I would also like the shower screen track and lower grout lines cleaned. Photos attached. Please confirm whether your quote includes silicone removal, new silicone application and materials.

Hi there, Looking for mould cleaning of 1 3x3 bedroom. Specifically the wall behind the built in wardrobe, wardrobe doors, ceiling, door and window. I bleached the walls of the room this time last year but missed the above areas. Also wanting a clean of the walls but there is no obvious mould outside of those areas.
